- The contractor shall provide supplies, services, and equipment to reshape and level existing gravel parking pads, compact base material to not less than 95% of maximum density and place ODOT Type B asphalt concrete to provide a full 2 inch roller com pacted layer of asphalt on campsite parking pads, Hawthorn Bluff Public Use Area, Oologah Lake, Oklahoma. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about September 4, 2007 and will be downloadable through FedTeDS.
