- NOTICE OF INTENT to solicit under FAR exceptions as stated further on in this document for GENERATOR, Hydrogen gas, Model H@-500NA. Complete system including proton exchange electrolytic cell, palladium membrane, output gas control, gas pressure d isplay and water reservoir. Unit must use the hydrogen stream purification method of a coalescing filter, drying tube and a palladium purifier. Unit must not use a replaceable desiccant cartridge to dry the hydrogen stream. Quantity: 3 Each; F.O.B. Dest ination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500. Limited Source will consist of the Manufacturer and its authorized distributor: PARKER HANNIFIN CORP, 242 Neck Rd., Haverhill, MA 01835-8003. Preceding will be done in accordance with FAR Authority 6.302 -1(a) (i) (A). A firm-fixed price is anticipated. The Government is not soliciting for additional sources.
