Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F9GT157186A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitatio n; 0001 - AIR NATIONAL GUARD VTC PROGRAM -- Technical Solution: CRITICOM 1 EACH --provides DISA JITC Certified & NSA Tempest Approved Secure/Non-SecureIsec System. Includes Tandberg 6000 with NPP and bandwidth upgrade, dual 32 inch LCD monitors, PRI IMU X housed in roll about credenza. System supports secure and non secure ISDN calls up to 768Kbps. Quote includes installation, on site system orientation, program management and first year restoration support providing help desk, software updates, next day parts and onsite labor. Options offered: out year maintenance, KIV-7 encryption device, IP Secure/Non Secure Support Module and associated support services. If KIV-7 option is selected, please include COMSEC or DODAAC Acct# and POC with purchase order a s well as DD254 authorizing CritiCom to support encryption device. Sample DD254 available upon request. . Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 174th FW, Syracuse, NY 13211. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Cer tifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Impl ement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
