- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, a s supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YN-07-T-0016 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 488999 and the small busi ness size standard is $6.5 million. The SIC code is 4581. The 125th Fighter Wing is located in Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for supplies and services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to convert our existing sand blast booth to a full floor reclaim system. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The type of contrac t is firm fixed-price. A single award is contemplated. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the proposal. Contract completion time is anticipated to take approximate one year.
