- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Jamie Root to provide sheep grazing services at Fort Leavenworth, KS for the purpose of controlling noxious weeds and trees. The proposed period of performance is one yea r. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
