- This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 31 August 2007. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may b e earlier or later than 12 Sep 2007. Period of performance is 1 Oct 07 through 30 Sep 08 with 3 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.5 Million. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Ground Transportation, Inc., 3129 Ualena Street, Honolulu, HI 96819. Current contract is a base with no option years and the estimated contract price is $36,000.00.
