Description
This is a combined Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332410. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for the semi custom manufacture of a heat exchanger to be installed in building 347 at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne Wyoming 82005. A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. MST on 22 August 2007 to look at the existing equipment. This heat exchanger will be built to specifications and custom fitted into building 347 by U.S. Air Force Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning personnel. The contractor will be required to warranty the item as fit for custom installation in the designated building. The heat exchanger??s technical specifications are identified on page two of this solicitation. . The heat exchanger must be delivered to facilatite installation no later than 12 October 2007. All quotes will be inclusive of all costs including shipping. The following clauses will apply to this solicitation and will be incorporated into the award. The Government reserves the right to enter clauses into the award which are not in the solicitation with notice to the selected contractor.
