Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a Stabilator applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter. NSN: 1560-01-297-7636GA, P/N: 70200-27001-047, Noun: Right Hand Stabilator, Quantity: 1EA. Requested delivery is on or before January 2009, ship to Robins Air Force Base, GA. Only newly manufactured materials will be considered. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
