- Air Force Research Laboratory, (AFRL/VA ) solicits research proposals Speed Agile Concept Demonstration. This program seeks to achieve a technology readiness level (TRL) of at least five (50) by 2010 on an integrated mobility configuration in the areas of high lift, efficient transonic flight, and flight control in order to support future technolgy development and acquistion activities.
