- This is a presolicitation notice for the below items of office workstation furniture for Mountain Home AFB, ID. This does not guarantee that a solicitation will be issued. A site visit will be held on August 22nd 2007 at 0900am MST. The site visit will take place at BLDG 512 on Mountain Home AFB in Idaho. If you are interested in placing a bid for this requirement please plan to attend the site visit. To attend the site visit, please contact Mark Barber at 208-828-3120 or mark.barber@mountainhome.af.mil on or before August 21st 2007. You must contact me with a list of all attendees to gain access to the base. Please do not attend this site visit without contacting me first. Item Quantity (Each) Workstation furniture approx 7'x7'6" footprint to include delivery and setup. Each workstation will include: 1 Ea 3 drawer under desk drawer/filing cabinet 1 Ea 2 drawer under desk drawer/filing cabinet 2 Ea overhead storage cabinets 1 Ea employee chair 1 Ea customer chair 44EA Lateral Files to match furniture 36" wide X 40" high 3 drawers. Heavy-gauge welded steel cabinets 18" deep. Color Ivory. 4EA Lateral Files to match furniture 36" wide 54" high 2 drawers. Heavy-gauge welded steel cabinets 18" Deep.
