- Description
- In accordance with PL 109-461 and 38 USC 8127 and 8128, this procurement is a total set-aside for the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOS) Procurement Program. The Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement for providing service/maintenance to two decorative courtyard fountains. The Contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, labor, equipment, supplies, travel, expertise, supervision, etc., to service two commercial sized courtyard fountains. Services shall include: equipment check, cleaning, vacuum, and brush, skim, chemicals, water analysis and filter replacements, one timer per week for each fountain. The contract period shall be for a base year, estimated to be October 1, 2007 through Sept. 30, 2008 with four one year options, subject the availability of funds. The procurement is conducted under authority listed in FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 561790 and the size standard is $6.5 million dollars. The solicitation will be released on or about August 20, 2007 and due date is September 21, 2007, by 4:00PM Arizona time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Offerors are instructed to read the entire solicitation prior to submitting any questions. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1; a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. A site-visit will be conducted on September 11, 2007 at 8:00am Arizona time at the facility as listed in the solicitation.
