- Provide all labor to install shore power cables from stations to ships. Government will provide power cables; offeror will be responsible for providing any other equipment/material. The RFQ and any related documents will be available for downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities website on/about 08/17/2007. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's), the DOT short-term lending program (STLP) offers working capital financing and the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
