- SKALITSKY WETLAND RESTORATION WRP CONTRACT #66-5F48-5-087 SUMMARY Location: Jefferson County, Waterloo Township T8N R13E Sec 1,2 Plans and Specifications will be posted with full solicitation on or about August 29, 2007. ESTIMATED RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION: $30,000 to $50,000 Install culvert, install a water level control structure, excavate 6 scrapes, install plastic pipe outlet, remove 4 steel structures, disable drainage tile as shown on the plans and specifications for the purpose of restoring habitat of the Wetland Restoration Program site in Jefferson County. The work will involve disabling estimated 3250 ft of tile and 18,570 cy of excavation, the installation of one water level control structure, and installation of 30 feet of 36? CMP. Performance time, including mobilization and 3 days for inclement weather is 22 calendar days assuming 10 hr work days, 5 day work weeks, and 3 pieces of heavy equipment. Earthwork shall be completed by Nov 9, 2007. SITE SHOWING/PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING Interested parties are invited to attend a site showing on September 12, 2007. The site showing will begin at 10AM in the conference room, UW-Extension, 864 Collins Road, Jefferson, WI.
