THESE PROJECTS ARE LOCATED PRIMARILY IN NORTHEASTERN PA, NOT IN HARRISBURG. *** SMALL BUSINESS COMPETIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM ACQUISITION Stream stabilization projects: (DSR 06-022 & 023 ). This project has 2 work areas called reach 1 & 2. Reach 1 is located at 2119 Laurel Hill Rd., Clarks Summit PA 18411 in Newton Township and has the following description of work. The damaged right bank (viewed downstream) of Lucky Run Creek will be graded for approximately 175 feet and stabilized with R-6 riprap to the top of bank. Reach 2 is approximately 1.3 mi. northeast of reach 1 on Gardner Creek and located at 10020 & 10028 Bridge Lane, Clarks Summit PA 18411 in Newton Township. Work at reach 2 involves sloping 180? and 170? of left streambank and stabilizing it with R-6 riprap. See attached specifications and drawings for specifics. The magnitude of this projects is between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. The site showing information is published on Page 32 of the Provisions and Clauses. Central Contract Registration, Online Certifications and Representations, and direct deposit are required for this contract. A 20% bid bond on Standard Form 24 is required.
