- It is the intention of the Contracting Office to make a Commercual Items Sole Source award to Li-Cor Incorporated for a Li-Cor gas exchange system package and associated control items in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-3. This particular system has the unique quality of having the capability to interconnect soil and leaf chanbers with the gas exchange equipment which is required to maintain an essential research capability at this federal research facility. The following provisions apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
