QPL APPLIES. BULK IN GALLONS. Exception is taken to MIL-PRF-21260E, dated 31 July 1998: 1.,,Table I (Finished Oil Properties, Flash Point degrees C min): change from 215 degrees C to 205 degrees C. 2.,,Paragraph 4.1.2 (Conformance): Add the following: Contractor to perform Noak test on the first lot/batch of a contract and to provide copies of the test to both the Contract Administrator and to: Luis A.
