- Description
- This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside utilizing NAICS code of 238990, which requires average annual gross receipts for the preceding three years of the concern to be less than $13 Million. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials and labor to perform the following work at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), 33 C Bay and 33 D Bay: preparing and painting of approximately 17,589 square feet of walls and trim, remove and replace approximately 1560 square yards feet of carpet and remove and replace approximately 13,806 square feet of ceiling tiles. The Contractor shall be a licensed lead abatement contractor and all painting must be accomplished using brushes and rollers; spraying is not allowed. All work shall be performed in accordance with DSCR Facilities Engineering Specification FEO-0018-07 dated February 05, 2007 and all other requirements specified in the solicitation. All contractors wishing to be considered for award must perform a site visit prior to submitting an offer. All work shall be completed within 30 days from receipt of the Government Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation will contain the specification and the points of contact to arrange the site visit. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 24, 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.dla.mil.
