- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 3 NSNs. The FSC for this requirement is 1095. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contrcat with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on August 31, 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. See notes 9, 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
