- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20070802. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 334611. This requirement is for Oracle Software License and Maintenance Support. The CSI number is 3640581. This is a Brand Name requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c). Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs: CLIN 0001 - Oracle Database Enterprise Edition Perpetual (Processer) 12 EA; CLIN 0002 - Update Rights and Product Technical Support - 1 year (Processor) 12 EA; CLIN 0003 - Oracle Real Application Clusters Perpetual (Processor) 8 EA; CLIN 0004 - Update Rights and Product Technical Support – 1 year (Processor) 8 EA; CLIN 0005 - Oracle Spatial Perpetual (Processor) 4 EA; CLIN 0006 - Update Rights and Product Technical Support – 1 year (Processor) 4 EA; Ship to: NASIC/SCXA (REF# SCXA 07-030, ATTN: Crane, 4170 Hebble Creek Rd, Bldg 280, Door 12, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5648, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
