- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the leasing of a Modular Building for 36 months (base year plus two option years) in support of the 46 Test Squadron. This is a full and open combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and this procurement is prepared and conducted in accordance with Far Part 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation announcement number is FA2823-07-R-0015. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 531120, with a small business size standard of $6.5M. Please identify/confirm your business size in your response based upon this standard. We request potential vendors provide lease pricing information for UFC and ATFP compliant, turnkey setup, and three structure scenarios as follows: (1) 1 each, 8,500 Sq Ft modular building; (2) 2 each, 4,200 – 4,500 Sq Ft modular buildings; (3) 1 each, 4,500 – 4,900 Sq Ft modular building. Amendment 1 to this solicitation notice will follow with attachments 1 and 2: Vendors shall meet the requirements set forth in Attachment 1 (Statement of Work) and provide cost breakdown in Attachment 2 (CLIN structure) for each scenario.
