- The forest Service is now conducting a market survey for leased office space in Clovis, CA. 19,500 rentable square feet which must yield 16,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet,50 fenced parking spaces for government vehicles, 10 visitor parking spaces; and 75 employee parking spaces. The term of the lease will be for one five (5) year firm term with one five year option.
