Delivery: 29JUN2007, 1.00 The anticipated award date will be:31OCT2006 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
