- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order to TI Training Corporation, 96 Inverness Drive East, Suite I, Englewood, CO 80112. The order is for the purchase of TI Use of Force Training Systems, computer software and support equipment as follows: TI Training Lab-Use of Force Training System; Four Recoil Weapon with CO2 Recoil kit and Laser; One Shadow Fire-return fire cannon; Three OC Spray Canisters; One Heads-up Display; Five Flashlight Filters; One Training Room 101 Trainee Response System with (Safe at Home) interactive courseware; One year warranty; and Video production of ten training scenarios filmed on site. Period of performance will be one year from time all purchased equipment and software are received. New scenarios and software will be delivered as they are developed. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice.
