- LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Falling Waters, WV. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 35,085 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (BOAF) in Falling Waters, West Virginia for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Federal Government also requires ninety (90) surface parking spaces to be designated for use by the US Government. The Government currently occupies space in Falling Waters, and the cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: WV Hwy 901 (Spring Mills Road) East: Interstate 81 South: WV Highway 9 (Washington Heritage Trial) West: Harlan Springs Rd LEASE TERM: Five years (5) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted no later than August 29, 2007 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
