- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to The Corporate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC, for a one year membership renewal with the Real Estate Executive Board, for the period December 4, 2007 ? December 3, 2008. The Real Estate Executive Board (REED) is one of the many memberships of the Corporate Executive Board and is designed to serve senior Real Estate Leaders and their staffs. The REED provides best practices and quantitative research, and executive education to a global network of real estate executives. The Board focuses on topics that are most critical for senior real estate executives; portfolio strategy and design, customer relationship management, organization and financial management, vendor management, real estate operations, and facilities management. Members have unlimited access to the Board?s best practices case studies, on-demand customized research, interactive member networking events, online benchmarking tools, issue specific resource centers, and diagnostic tools and templates. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; service (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research and completed studies); description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quote should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS number. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price, FOB point, a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to receipt of award. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. If no responses are received, award will be made to the Corporate Executive Board.
