- Contractor to provide a WELDING HEAD AND POWER SUPPLY. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ is currently not available. Once available the RFQ will be posted on the NECO website for offerors to download at www.neco.navy.mil. The RFQ is anticipated to be posted approximately 24 August 2007 and will remain open for 7 days, closing approximately 31 August 2007. All offeror(s) are responsible for downloading the RFQ and are required to monitor NECO website for all applicable amendments. This office will not maintain any bidders mailing list, nor will we provide any mailed copies of the RFQ and/or amendments. No telephone or fax copies of requests for RFQ will be accepted.
