- Source Storage Container (1) ea. per specifications. This includes but not limited to: Contractor shall furnish Portsmouth Naval Shipyard with a shielded storage container capable of shielding eight 3-Ci AmBe radiation sources. The contractor shall provide a drawing to PNS for approval prior to fabrication. Bids will only be accepted from vendors who have experience in designing & manufacturing radiation shielding components. The actual RFQ will be issued on or about 8/24/2007. The solicitation will be posted for downloading on this website. The complete list of specifications will be posted with the solicitation at that time.
