- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-07-Q-0066, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-18. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 443120. See attached document for the Acronis software items to be quoted. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Con tract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, Central Contractor Registration, DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration apply to this solicitation. Offers are due on 22 August 2007, to the Naval Sea Logistics Center (Code 02), 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, by 4:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
