- The Government intends to purchase on a firm-fixed price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Winware, INC. For the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be WinWare, INC. The description of the items required are as follows: SQL Express Software, Barcode Scanner, Printer and Onsite installation with training. Award is expected for 23 August 2007. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 20 August 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
