- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive (sole source) basis with Brackett Aircraft Company for a Repair of Repairables Basic Ordering Agreement for the H-1 Program. The requirement is to repair, test and restore to an RFI condition, the Rear Ground Handling Wheels, P/N BDW-245B-1802, for the AH-1Z and UH-1Y aircraft. Brackett Aircraft Company owns the data required to fulfill the requirements. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition.
