- Description
- The Naval Hospital Pensacola, Materials Management Department, Purchasing, on behalf of the Main Operating Room, intends to award sole source procurement to Johnson & Johnson Health Care for the following: Two each, Harmonic Generator 300, Cart for Harmonic Generator 300, Foot Switch and Cable, and 4 ea Gray Hand Piece. These Harmonic Generators must be compatible with existing sets in use in the Main Operating Room. Award will be made using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) ?See Note 22? This procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same, Johnson & Johnson Healthcare, name brand product, and any discounts that may apply to the government. All capability statements received within 5 days after publication of the synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
