This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. Longview Lake, Kansas City MO has a requirement for Janitorial Services. The Period of Performance begins 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. This procurement is Best Value, Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Commercial Item/Services and is totally set-a side for small business concerns. This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The Contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide Janitorial Services for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City, Mo Office, as described in the performance of work statement. This solicitation contains a base period plus four option periods. The base year period of performance runs from 01 October 2007 to 30 September 2008. T he period of performance for Option period 1 runs from 01 OCT 2008 to 30 September 2009. The period of performance for option period 2 runs from 01 OCT 2009 to 30 September 2010. The period of performance for option period 3 runs from 01 OCT 2010 to 30 Sep tember 2011. The period of performance for option period 4 runs from 01 OCT 2011 to 30 September 2012. The government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most adva ntageous to the government, price, experience and past performance considered.
