- The proposed procurement is unrestricted with a NAICS code of 333120 with a small business size standard of not to exceed 750 employees, including worldwide affiliates. Purchase of a new 40.5 gross engine horsepower tractor with loader and backhoe at tachments. Government is offering a trade-in of a 1975 Ford Model 2000 tractor with a front end loader and 3 point hitch mount Ford 6 rotary mower. An authorized service center must be located within 35 miles of the Raystown Lake maintenance compound lo cated in Huntingdon County in South Central Pennsylvania, approximately 95 miles west of Harrisburg and 175 miles east of Pittsburgh. It is south of the town of Huntingdon and approximately 70 miles from the Pennsylvania-Maryland border. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
