- The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to acquire a Single Channel DC 100 kHz Spectrum Analyzer, Stanford Research Systems Part #SR770. This procurement is a limited source acquisition und er the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The acquisition is limited Stanford Research Systems (SRS), 1290 Reamwood Ave #D Sunnyvale, California 94089-2279. The acquisition is for a firm fixe d price contract. This audio spectrum analyzer allows an audio baseband signal to be sufficiently captured and displayed as a frequency spectrum from 0 Hz 100 kHz. SRS is the only source that manufactures the required Spectrum Analyzer and is the only so urce that possesses the technical data, facilities, and expertise needed to manufacture this item. The estimated quantity for this contract is 1 Analyzer. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) has established an Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website to allow electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from C-E LCMC to Industry. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments or information.
