- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition.The solicitation number is FA5000-07-T-0018. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20070802. Purchase Oval Dining Tables with two 20" leaves- Fredericksburg Collection-Thomasville Brand Model # 43421-762or equal (10 Each). Dining Chair with arms and welted slip seat-Fredericksburg Collection-Thomasville brand Model # 43421-842 or equal (20 Each). Side Dining Chair without arms-Fredericksburg Collection-Thomasville brand Model # 43421-841 or equal (40 each). All items shall be Whiskey Finish. Shipping/handling/1 year warranty shall be included in the price of all items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable, low price.
