- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (SAP).The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a Contract, in support of the Global War on Terrorism through software and hardware enhancements for National Command Authority and Support requirements for AF ISR Agency/JIOC/J6. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commerical Items. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name. This project is to fulfill National Command Authority directed missions in support of the Global War on Terrorism throughout various regions of the world. With this software JIOC will be able to support critical analysis of current threat systems and will be able to integrate with other national agencies producing computer models that provide sophisticated propagation models.
