Description

The VA Black Hills Healthcare System, Hot Springs and Ft. Meade, South Dakota, intends to negotiate a service contract for the periodic maintenance, inspection and load banking of on station generator sets located at the individual sites. The procurement is set-aside for small business concerns located within a 500 mile radius of Hot Springs and/or Ft. Meade, South Dakota. Base period will be for 12 months commencing on October 1, 2007 with four option years. Applicable NAICS code is 811310. The Solicitation package will be available approximately August 23, 2007. Request for solicitation package must be in writing and addressed to Jodi Provorse, Contracting, 500 N. 5th St., Hot Springs, SD 57747. Date of receipt of offers is close of business (4:30 pm local time), September 14, 2007 and must be sent to the address noted above. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
