The corresponding NAICS code is 423610; size standard is 100 the following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) are: 1) price 2) technical capability 3) past performance - past performance and technical capability when combined are equal in importance to price. Please submit 2 references with quote. All Offerors shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The following clauses also apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions.
