- ANTI-SCALD MAINTENANCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms with the ability to provide Semi-Annual Maintenance Procedure of Anti-Scald. The services are needed Lyons Campus VA New Jersey Healthcare System (VANJHCS) 151 Knollcroft Rd. Lyons, NJ 07939-5001. The Contractors is responsible to check the performance of the valve, dissemble the valve (Per Instructions) and inspect the internal parts. Make certain the moving parts operate freely and that no foreign deposit has collected on any internal parts of the valve. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of maintaining and operating the modification of this devices. Qualifications of Vendor: Minimum 5 years experience in the Plumbing trade This procurement is restricted to competition amongst Service-Disabled Veteran -Owned Small Business Set Aside. As a result, all qualified responsible sources may submit bids, which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS for this procurement are 238220.
