- Effective August 13, 2007, Change in Business Set Aside: 100 percent set-aide for Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) concerns for the Grand Rapids Aquatics Lab Renovation Project. If adequate interest is not received from SDVOSB business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. The solicitation will be available for downloading August 16, 2007.
