- The USDA, Biosciences Research Laboratory, Fargo, North Dakota, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Fluid Management Systems, Inc., Waltham, MA, for the purchase of supplies for a Government-owned Fluid Management Systems PowerPrep Instrument which is used for the computerized automated extraction of dioxins from biological samples following EPA Method 1613 for dioxin analysis. These supplies include Classical Disposable Silica ABN Columns, Basic Alumina (11g) Columns, Disposable Carbon/Celite (0.34g) Columns, High Capacity Disposable ABN Silica Columns, Small Fritz and Fitting Teflonflex for Classical Teflon Columns. These items are designed specifically for the PowerPrep Systems manufactured by Fluid Management Systems, Inc. *Provide Qualification Statement by Close of Business August 28, 2007, if interested in this procurement.
