- THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT THE SOLICITATION NUMBER TO READ: SPM4A7-07-R-1558. IQC07212009014, NSN 1660-00-141-1356, Valve, Oxygen Shut-Off and Pressure Relief. The approved source is: Carleton Technologies Inc, Cage 04577, and P/N 21289. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control and Calibration System Requirements apply. Subject IQC is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The base year and the option years estimated annual quantity is 72 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please don?t submit your request to DSCR-VABA. The Contracting Officer: Greg Karen Clements ? 804 279-6877. The solicitation will be an Unrestricted Procurement with estimated issue date is Sep 4, 2007, and estimated closing date is Sep 21, 2007. Subject item is non-commercial.
