- NSN 4330-01-343-8537, Filter Assembly, Fluid. I/A/W Spec number MIL-F-24402/2(1), Amend Nr 1; type number M24402/2NS; Spec number MIL-F-24402E(1), Amend Nr 1; MIL-STD-130; QPL MIL-F-24402. Quantity of 24 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 150 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 30 Aug 07. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is the QPL source, Western Filter Corp. (13520). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
