DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to EMC Corporation, 8444 Westpark Dr Suite 700, McLean, VA 22102-5102. This acquistion is for renewal of EMC Corporation Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008.
