- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Innovation Data Processing, 275 Paterson Ave Ste 301, Little Falls, NJ 07424-1658. This acquistion is for renewal of Innovation Data Processing Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. The statutory authority for other than full and open cometition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or servcies will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed sofware maintenance renweal must complete the solicitation, HC1013-07-T-0130 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 518210 for this procurement.
