- Pre-Solicitation Notice RFP 200-0932-NC The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing for Residential Reentry Center services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota area. Residential Reentry Center services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, “Residential Reentry Center (RRC) As Revised by the CCB inclusive of Revision 8 dated June 2006". This is a firm-fixed unit price requirement type contract. The services are estimated to be 88% male and 12% female for the two-year base period and three option years. The estimated number of inmate days is 30,702 for the two year base period; 15,330 for option years one and two; and 15,372 for option year three. The solicitation will be available on or about September 2, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov . Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0932-NC will be on or about November 2, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted.
