- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 3,292 rentable square feet in Bellingham, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,863 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space shall be contiguous and located on the second floor or higher. The building must be located in Bellingham, Washington within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Sunset Road/Mt. Baker Highway East Boundary: Woburn St./Yew St. South Boundary: Old Fairhaven Parkway West Boundary: 12th St./State St./James St. The proposed lease is for five years firm with one 5-year priced renewal option and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
