- This is a modification to a previous advertisement. This modification revises the delineated area as specified below and on the accompanying map. The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 16,010 rentable square feet in San Antonio, TX, within the following delineated area: North: Southeast Military Drive South: I-410 Loop East: I-37/Hwy 281 West: I-35 The space should yield a minimum of 13,921 to a maximum of 16,010 ANSI/BOMA (previously Usable) Office Area square feet. Parking is required for 67 vehicles and there needs to be room for a vehicle sallyport to accommodate large, passenger vehicles. Due to security requirements, the Government must be the sole tenant in a building. Both existing space and build-to-suit options will be considered. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 24, 2009. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet minimum Government requirements for fire and life safety, and for handicapped accessibility. Any property or proposal submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the property's ownership. Subleases are not acceptable. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include, at minimum, the following information: ?Building name/address ?Location of space in the building and date it will be available ?Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered ?Common Area Factor used to determine the USF ?For build-to-suit options, an aerial photo or site plan which clearly delineates the offered parcel ?Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact Interested parties should submit pertinent information to Brian Weiss no later than August 24, 2007.
