- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Leslie Book to identify factors that impact compliance by individuals with the Internal Revenue Code and the role that preparers play in compliance or noncompliance with the tax laws. It is follow-on to an existing order. This procurement is a small business set aside, NAICS code is 541720, and the small business standard is $6.5M. All responsible sources who are interested in quoting should submit a written request via email for Request for Quotation TIRNO-07-Q-00118.
