- The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) seeks a contractor to provide direct mailing and a storage facility within a 50-mile radius of the U.S. Post Office in Arlington, VA. This award will consist of a base year and four option years. The contractor shall be responsible for the storage for up to 9 skids that contain up to 5,000 pieces of mailing of Grassroots Development, and the Inter-American Foundation (IAF) Year in Review in both English and Spanish and that each need to be mailed once per year. And additional mailings as requested All mailings will include: presorting domestic and international mailings, electronically address envelopes from mailing list, insert and seal publications in envelopes, deliver all mailings to the Arlington, Virginia U.S. Post Office. The contractor will also be responsible for managing the Inter-American Foundation?s (IAF) mailing list in a database using widely available software programs such as Excel. This program must be widely available and user friendly. The contractor will be responsible for updating the mailing list/database with changes in addresses, additions, and deletions. IAF will provide the updates via email, telephone or by forwarding subscriber forms and returned envelopes by U.S. Mail. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
